Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we cannot accept physical returns of Rebel Ice Cream. If your order arrives melted or damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or a replacement shipment.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Order

  Upon arrival, immediately check your pints for any signs of thawing or packaging damage sustained during transit.

• 2.
  Document the Issue

  Take clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box, including the packing slip and the dry ice container.

• 3.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer experience team with your order number and the photos of the affected product to initiate a claim.

• 4.
  Resolution Process

  Once reviewed, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or ship out a fresh batch of Rebel Ice Cream at no cost.
