We ship our ice cream in insulated coolers packed with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen for up to 48 hours in transit. We recommend unpacking your pints and placing them in the freezer immediately upon arrival.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee or returns?
Due to the perishable nature of frozen cream, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives melted or damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours with photos, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
